Lip Balm - Original

I have purchased this product for a long time and loved it and never had a problem, but my recent purchase proved to be disappointing. The lip balm has a funny almost chemical taste. Not sure what that's from as I have never noticed this before and the ingredients are natural. Even leaves an aftertaste in my mouth. As such I cannot use it. Hopefully, when I call, I can receive a refund.

Had to give this to my daughter since I am allergic to coconut but she loves it.

I order no less than 5 at a time, keep in my desk, kitchen, purse, bathroom and bedside. It is soothing and makes your lips super soft. I also love that it does not make your lips more chapped the more you use it, unlike other products I have tried. You will not be disappointed with this product!
